The honeymoon is well and truly over...

Day two on the new job and my comfortable life of morning walks around Hyde Park, going to a few art galleries and generally doing whatever I want is so over. I'm working in digital brand design and development for Orange and I think I'm going to really enjoy it but thank god for the Easter break!

Meribel c'est belle!

Last Saturday we went to Meribel, France for five days and a spot of snowboarding. We went via Geneva and had three hours before our transfer so we headed into the city for some lunch and sightseeing. It's a small, pretty city despite being very wet and rainy the day we were there.




The transfer to Meribel from Geneva is a fairly easy 2 hour drive. Meribel itself is quite spread out - a bit like Hotham - with a bus between the different parts of the village. Meribel has some good restaurants (Les Plantin was excellent!) and a thriving night life.
