TDF 2009

In our household, July basically means 'Tour de France'. Working for a French-owned company that is a major sponsor of the event meant that I was able to secure us two tickets to the grand stand on the Champs Elysee for the Paris stage of the tour. It was a beautiful, sunny weekend and perfectly timed to catch up with the Lyons' and the McBrides at the apartment they were staying in in Paris Saturday night.

Our tickets to the grand stand also gave us access to the team bus area where we got this close up of Lance Armstrong.
